What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy on unused and unopened items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at furwellnessau@gmail.com to start a return.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes! If your item is returned in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
